Place those streets by order

i was always at the impression in the past those street are somewhat equal here and there, based on their fights 1 vs the other.
however with the years more things were established and i think there is a more notable difference now.
so overall where would you place those from strongest to weakest? doesnt mean strength wise but overall if they fight who will be on top and who will be at the bottom?

Captain America,Daredevil,Batman,Black Panther, Night Wing

Black Panther (currently upgraded)
Cap
batman/DD
Nightwing

Not sure about current BP, so.

Cap
Batman/DD
Nightwing/Wolverine

With standard equipment and normal power levels

Cap/Bat
BP
DD/NW

BP and Cap are NOT streets. Examples of streets are Hawkeye, Nightwing, Black Window, Bronze Tiger, etc.
