Dooku is his only really difficult match, Kyle would be a good match. Revan could beat him, if he spams force powers the whole match.

Whilst Vader by RotJ has grown considerably stronger since ANH, he's still no match for Dooku in sabers. His combining the classical forms (to compensate for his disadvantage) wouldn't put him beyond someone who has a high level knowledge of every form. OOU, various authorities have designated RotS Anakin as the most powerful incarnation in respect to lightsaber skill. I see Vader doing better against Dooku than their raw ability would suggest due to his even more powerful djem so, but he's still not lasting very long. I mean, could you see RotJ Luke facing against Dooku?

Wow, I really disagree with that. Until recently I thought like that, but the quotes talking about him being equal to Vader make him seem alot more powerful than you give him credit for. Assuming by top tier you mean, Obi-Wan, Kit Fisto etc, not Yoda. Obviously he'd lose to Yoda, but not because he's just an inferior duelist.

PT top tiers are Yoda, Dooku, Anakin, and Mace.
High tiers start with Kenobi.
Nah Skywalker was top-tier. Even as of TCW he was consistently stalemating Count Dooku (in an all out as well).
He lost to Kenobi because:
1) They couldn't get past each others defenses as they knew each others moves inside out (Nick Gillard/ROTS Novel) and
2) He was in the wrong mind set for that fight, which contributes massively to combat performance (according to Dave Filoni when commenting on TCW fights inconsistencies).
