Hal wins.

Kilowog was able to create a mini-Sun and we saw Hal withstand the gravitational pull of the Sun.

But based on what I remember of his fight scenes, I think Thor would beat the shit out of him.

Hal didn't really show much in the way of HTH skill and IIRC getting thrown around in the lab battle seemed to hurt him.

Yeah in the lab i think cans were knocking Hal around.
