RECENT movie Iron Man?! In that case, his suit topples like dominoes, and Stark gets ROFLcrushed. As for Spidey, his omniscient senses failed him when he got hit by a stray bullet due to half-ass writing, so he's not gonna be able to handle Yamcha's speed, or ANYTHING for that matter.
