I'd go with Dredd, he fought very smart in the movie.

Both characters could feasibly kill the other with a single shot. So it basically comes down to who's the faster draw and who has better aim.

Fun fight to imagine.

Movie Dredd had a stiff armoured costume. Nothing in the movie showed he had the ability to be agile...much less run.

Fett being more agile easily takes Dredd down.

Fett has no movie feats. All hype.

What if we use Jango Fett? He also does not get flight capability

My money would be on Jango.

He survived a fight with Kenobi, has killed numerous Jedi, deals with a bigger variety of adversaries, and has much better tech.

Dredd could run, and very fast for a guy his size considering he was the only person to survive the 3 vulcan guns trained on specifically him. And how fast he caught up to that guy in the beginning on foot.

He didn't run much because he was being tactical against a force of hundreds, and running around like an idiot would get him killed.
