No he doesn't.

He holds her off and then manages to destroy her detonator with the help of a clone. She only flees when Fisto arrives with some more clones.

Anyway, in the comic right before that one she confronts both Fisto and Koon and defeats them both by using the force to cause an avalanche which buries the Jedi.

He got his ass kicked by Opress as well in Sith Hunters.

Agreed. He just held her off. And this was Ventress before her prime in S4/S5 so.

He bats away one of her sabers, and is clear she's outmatched, and is enraged by this fact. And it doesn't change that Koon was injured while this fight was commencing.

Also--That was hardly a fair fight.

How is she clearly outmatched?

Both were getting hits in and this is well before Ventress has reached her prime.

Eh. They were equal, Koon disarms her, then she gains the advantage. In another fight they're completely equal until Fisto arrives.
