Destroyer vs GA Superman Prime

Loki is in the Destroyer

The Destroyer after the Diablo scene is potentially far more powerful then Prime and gives Loki an almost auto-win but on average power levels, I think Prime should win.

It's just hard to think of how because the Destroyer can heal any minor damage Prime can do and Loki's powers with the armors offers him crazy versatility.
