Vader is one of the strongest from a time known for it's lightsaber skills and personal combat ability. Darth Naga Sadow is from a time known for it's artifacts and usage of sorcery and alchemy. The answers should be clear.

Naga posses a poison blade. He would kill Yoda, Sidious, or Anakin in 1swing. However since Vader has armor, TEMPORALLY saving him he might last about 35seconds.

Lightsaber > Poison.
