Question about Lost world Jurassic Park

The ship carrying the T-Rex and the baby Rex crashes into the harbor due to the fact that the crew are dead, but how did the crew die? I mean they got killed by a dinosaur but it couldn't have been the T-Rex because it hadn't been smashed through or anything and the T-Rex was still in it's holding chamber, doubt it was the infant because it was too small to do any damage by itself...so which dinosaur killed them?

Really? Hmmm I thought it seemed like a raptor attack...woulda loved to have known what happened to that raptor...unless it got into the T-Rex chamber since it was slightly open
