Harley is strong enough to roundhouse banks steel vault doors clean of their hinges, she would decimate BW in h2h

Also she handled all three and then fled, she can launch the joker straight up into the air for at least 2 stories high, can dodge bullets close up with ease clears entire rooms with henchman very quickly, bats failed to beat her, couldnt even touch her
