About 2 or 3

Hard to tell. Actually they are the perfecct counter to each other.
She can manipulate matter - he has full control over his molecluar structure
He has telepathy - She has too
He's stronger - she has better energy projection.
For me they are on the same tier although Sersi does not have a ridiculous weakness to fire to be exploited

How hoes MM fare against Glads btw? Certainly no pushover in my book.

no but he has many tools to overcome him IMO unless his heat vision proves too much for J'onn

If hes confident enough he can pull of a few wins, but on average he loses badly 7-8/10 due to MM's TP, intangibility, overwhelming speed and alot of strength, around about the same as glads but if hes confident then id say he could win 3-4 times

I don't feel there's any speed/strength gap but J'onn has way too many tools to work with

Agreed, I`d say Glads may have a durability edge tho and better h2h skill.

he does but Jonn's molecular control gives him a form of regeneration so he covers this

Glads has h2h, durability and strength advantage
MM has speed, TP, intangibility advantage and obviously more tools
As soon as j'onn gets the upper hand thats when Glads will start lose need i say why?

He also has MM's Kryptonite, and is not afraid to use it.

As soon as MM gets the upper hand which wont take very long his confidence is going to drop drastically, meaning hes going to lose unless he somehow gains the upper hand when MM has become superior in ever aspect apart from outfit style
