Hopefully they'll still have SoK
Spoiler:
tank a nuke and slaughter all of the Heavenly Host + God himself in the show.
Really dug those scenes in the comics, so it'd be cool to see them play-out on screen. 👆

Its one of the most memorable scenes in the comic (that first part you mentioned) and i’d live to see it too.
SoK’s been cool so far, but he really deserves that moment.

Oh, how glorious it will be...

YouTube video

Watched the first two episodes of S04. It's pretty good so far.

My biggest gripe right now is

Spoiler:
the actor who plays Tulip. Her performance has been pretty shit so far, imo... I know it's the final season, but it comes off like she is completely uninterested in the role, and is just going through the motions because she's contractually obligated or w/e. Hopefully her acting improves as the season progresses. /shrug

I still haven’t seen the first two episodes because of work and home duties. I’m gonna watch both this weekend.

Shit, I didn't realize this already premiered. I'm gonna have to get on it...

Cool, didn't know this was back, convenient timing with me just finishing Doom Patrol last night.

Ep.3 was decent enough.

I'm just really curious if they can give this a tidy/proper ending at this point..? There are only 7 episodes left until the series concludes, and they haven't really progressed the story much in these first 3 episodes. /shrug

My biggest complain:

Spoiler:
Tulip went from big boobs to tiny boobs.

First two episodes were okay. Not great or shit, just okay.

Frankie Toscani is a let down. He’s just portrayed as some run of the mill wop gangster without the epic backstory from the book.

Tulip’s acting is phoned in.

Starr has that for an ear, but why?

They’re actually gonna use Jesus de Sade? I can’t wait to see how watered down this is gonna be.

Awful show, needs to be canceled.

I tried to get into this series but couldn't. Is 3 minutes long enough to get a feel for it? lol.

No.

Nah. You need to start at the pilot and give it a few episodes.

I’m only watching because I’ve made it this far

The show isn’t dog shit, but it’s just such a waste of potential.

The show has been decent for the most part up to now.

There are just SO many differences between it and the comics, that it's really just a loose adaption at this point. I could have probably enjoyed the show more if I hadn't read the comics beforehand. /shrug

Look at Jessie Custer alone. Likeable, relatable man with old fashioned values in the comic.

Conflicted, disillusioned religious icon in the show.

I keep saying it, but Hollywood has a tremendous problem casting anything remotely religious related in a positive light. You can not get comic Jessie Custer on the big screen, unless it's someone like Clint Eastwood directing it.

Jesus De Sade was so wasted on episode three.

I think Jesse is about to be wearing a famous piece of eye wear soon.

I might give this show another shot. Only watched an episode or two before giving up.
