If the DC team focus on beating Thor, the Avengers team just cannot defeat MM. Arguably if Hyperion doesn't get TP resistance feats, MM makes a short work off him leaving the Avengers outgunned (other versions of Hyperion have been mindcontrolled quite easily before).
But excluding those possibilities Avengers should be able to handle team 1 and win a majority. People dismiss MM psychic powers and phasing too readily in these threads.

I'm not sure if we're talking apples to apples since The Ghosts powers of apparitioness is based upon tech and MM obviously is not.
