Wesker from Resident Evil Vs Deathstroke from DC Comic Book.

The fight take place on a storage area outside with huge box around the comer in each sides.

Wesker only his fist in this fight while deathstoke got his sword and other blade weapons.

Whom take it??

Wesker can speed blitz right? if so, he wins.

The thing is. Deathstroke took down the flash.

Happened in Identity Crisis.

Wesker tagging Flash isn't PIS, he just tags him when Flash is off guard, or when Slade preps. That aside, Nightwing beat the crap out of Owen Mercer who's faster than Wesker is, and Deathstroke beat Nightwing's ass.

Wesker is fast, but not so fast that he'd be able to overwhelm Slade before getting a sword in the face.
