He can freeze Buu with absolute zero temperatures (stops molecular movement)

Im pretty sure he can break out of it seeing as how buu can only be defeated by getting destroyed until his atoms are wiped out or he keeps healing himself not only that hell be to fast with tonies brain he could think of devine stratagies

Almost feel bad for Buu in that battle.
