John punching that bowling ball was pretty impressive. Not the same as holding such ball and squeezing though.
Khan's leg strength in leaping through he air holding a heavy weapon is also a feat.
Khan overwhelmed Spock, who tore a metal piece of machinery off itself is also a feat I don't see John mimicking.
I'm going with John here because although I believe Khan is a bit stronger, John is definitely more skilled (can't get any more skilled than Scott Adkins) and because John has a higher pain threshold. Unisols can tank small arms fire (to a degree) and get slashed and stabbed and still continue fighting. Plus in the video above me, you see unisols hitting each other with baseball bats and barbell weights as if they were only trading punches. They're a lot tougher than what Khan has shown.
