Board breaking contest

Insread f boards we will use various other objects.
3 strikes allowed within a 1 minute limit.

Contestants:
Captain America
Karnak
Iron Fist
Mandarin
Luke Cage
Ms Marvel
Hulk
Thor (Mjolnir allowed)

"Boards":
-Winter soldier`s cyber arm
-A 1x1 foot beam of titanium
-Deathstroke`s Nth metal armor
-Black Panther`s vibranium armor
-Iron Man`s armor
-Magneto`s shield
-Apocalypse`s celestial tech chest
-Wolverine`s adamantium skull
-Cap`s shield
-Juggernaut`s face

What happens?

Only if Thor is King Thor and WBH do they clear this.And one strike should suffice if they put their all into it.

No King Thor or WBH, the strikes must be delivered within the 1 minute limit and additional time to amp is not allowed.

What happens to the various "boards" at normal levels?

Hulk clears it pretty easily.

Hulk just powered through a wall that was completely indestructible. He clears this.

Not much surprises me with Hulk these days but breaking Cap's shield in 3 punches would be one of them.

Karnak and Ironfist are the only ones capable of breaking Magneto's shield in three punches.
