Otherwise, sure, agreed. Iffy against Supes (I'd give him a majority) but then likely stops and H'el and definitely stops cold at SBP.

Has a tough time with everyone on the list, but stops dead at H'el unless he fights the way he did when he fought Morg and won. I wonder how well he'd really do without CIS, and willing to kill his opponents like Exiles Surfer did?

Gets to #8. Not sure where current Solar stands, power-wise. I remember the old Solar used to be quite phenomenal.
