Surfer would never own Hulk like Zeus did. Surfer usually go the energy drain rout to beat Hulk...not overpowering him which has never happened. Surfer fights smart against Hulk. What Zeus did was, well, different.

His showing with him fighting against Odin which shook the world. He literally destroyed the Avengers and Thor was a member of that team. He toyed with them.

Then we have him defeating this Ole handsome devil here who is pretty high on the food chain.

Not naming all of his fts but he is pretty freaking high. Skyfather high. Hell, the things he was doing in the Hulk comic was insane.
