Shoving Match Gauntlet. Classic Juggernaut.

How far does he get?

1) Classic Kingpin (Wilson Fisk)

2) The Blob (Frederick J. Dukes)

3) Perez Cheetah (Barbara Minerva)

4) DCnU Superman (Clark Kent)

5) PreFlashpoint Wonder Woman (Diana Prince)

6) Superboy Prime (Lunatic Boy)

7) Wishing Well Red She-Hulk (The Umar's Dark Dimension Planet-Destroying version of Betty Ross Banner)

8) War Hulk (Bruce Banner)

😕

Perhaps I should clarify.

This is NOT World War Hulk, whom Juggernaut fought to protect his brother Xavier at the mansion in Greg Pak's original run.

By "War Hulk" I mean "Hulk when he was under the control of Apocalypse and served as one of his horsemen, while outfitted with Celestial Tech".

I agree with Pym

"Nothing can stop Juggernaut"
"Nothing's my last name then!!!" says Prime shoving Juggs into another dimension.

"Hahaha you're a wonderful handle!" Prime exclaims, as, rooted to the ground, he slowly pushes the entire Earth with Juggernaut attached to it.

Stops hard at She hulk.

If it's just shoving, rather than getting up to speed and charging, then he stops at 2. If he tries shoving the Blob his hands and arms are just gonna sink in.

Why is Fisk in there?

stops at 3, hard

He either walks through this, or he doesnt. Simple as that really

Fair enough; once she decides to get physical, Barbara does, arguably, display greater pure strength than Dukes ...

-- Defines the lower limit of the gauntlet.
-- Illustrates, via the showing above, what winning a shoving match in comics actually looks like
-- Ever so subtly calls to mind the fact that Classic Juggernaut has been stopped by non-magical, non-psychic means. For Kingpin is a Spider-Man enemy.
Even as Juggernaut was.
And Spider-Man stopped Juggernaut with the weight and resistance of several thousand tons of wet cement in their first encounter.

Technically that didn't stop him as Juggy dug into bedrock. More like a BFR because a lot of time passed till Cain resurfaced.

Technically, you are probably right.

I might argue that there is a point beyond which being sufficiently slowed down constitutes stoppage, but the comic record implies Juggernaut did ultimately get free of his own power, whether the process took days, weeks, or even months.

If THAT's your stance, though, I suddenly wonder how you perceived the following:

... it IS possible to argue Hulk even in this incarnation was not able to win the actual shoving match ...

... bit of a stretch, though.

Clears, with ease.

Even against another demon-empowered avatar with magical strength?

Have you seen the case of Cheetah Ballesteros? Same power source as Minerva Cheetah and took down Superman?

Are you aware the Perez and post-Perez era Cheetahs have showings as high as the following? (Again, see Sebastien Ballesteros Cheetah versus Superman for the comicbook equivalent.)
