This version carries the Hylian shield, so yeah, what exactly are you arguing?

Only feats which apply are from TP.

1. This thread examines TP version of Link. We get that.
2. TP Link uses the same shield as SS and OoT Link.

^Both of these things are true.

Nah, not necessarily. In fact, I'd think it unlikely.

K, in TP Link got the Hylian shield.

Now let's look at it's history. Hm. Yep.

It's almost laughable to assume that SS's Hylian Shield is the same as the one in TP. By the time OoT rolls around Hylian Shields are being mass produced and can be bought in shops.

Nowhere in the series has there ever been more than one of them.

And yet, it stands up to Ganondorf's might.

Take it up with Nintendo.

In OoT there is. You can find them in chests (I remember there is one in the Graveyard) or you can buy one. Furthermore Like Likes can eat it requiring you to get another one.

Sure. And it should also be able to stand up to Khan's weapons.

Just saying there are different Hylian Shields throughout the games.

Nope.

Confirmed to be one and the same in HH. The idea of the shield may not have been fully evolved in 1998, but they are the same. Notably it's return in WW and TP means that it was definitively not eaten.

Uh, nothing there states there is a single Hylian Shield... All it says is "the Hylian Shield" which still does no mean there is only one in existence.

The. Singular, used to refer to a person, place, or thing that is unique.

If Hyrule just has a pile of literally indestructible shields lying around, why is it no one except Link has ever been seen using one? If they can be made, why do the Knights of Hyrule not use them?

The design is from the era of SS, and so is that one defining trait which is most important. It's nigh indestructibility.

Why the hell argue if you agree to its more than necessary durability?! That was the whole point of mentioning it.

Not necessarily. It can also refer to a specific noun. "The dog ran in circles." "He used the shield to block the blow." etc...

Don't know nor care. It's a game plenty of these questions pop up.

Does not matter as only these feats apply.
