The best part of Episode III will be the moment Anakin becomes Darth Vader. After that seeing what happens to the lovely and desireable Padme.

defintely the Anakin/Vader vs Obiwan duel with be the best part. I am sure though when Vader and the Emperor hunt down the rest of the Jedi Knights, it will be just as good.
