Doctor Octopus (classic) & Lizard vs. Black Manta & Gorilla Grodd

1. Random encounter
2. 1 day prep

Who wins?

battle-wise blackmanta n grodd are better

Grodd's TK and TP in addition to Manta's range and equipment should do it.
And BM is also the most skilled and ruthless by all three, followed by Grodd.
The also both have better durability (at least better than classic Doc)
