I've seen one episode of Uncle Grandpa. And in that he demonstrated a phanny pack that is as limitless as Link's back pocket, near plastic man level control of his belly, and knowledge of supremely powerful and reality warping items and magic.

Also they said they were pencils in the Dracula episode.
