Ye Olde names for every day things!

ok so I've been doing some reading up about the pagan and druid history and found a few interesting things!

so far I've learned the alternative names for the days of the week, although I can never remember the name for wednesday!

monday: the Moon's day
tuesday: Mercury's day
wednesday: (dont remember! but I do know it begins with M)
thursday: Thor's day
friday: freya's day
saturday: Saturn's days
sunday: the Sun's day

and the Moon's full cycle takes 28 days!

kewl...

very interesting reading especially at bed time!

Sounds it.

oh yeh! learning lots of other stuff too!

like metals, their meanings, qualities and uses
gemstones, "
flowers, "
and stuff like the best times to meditate and to do candle mass, etc!

Have you read about moodstones and the meanings of the different colours yet?

moon stones yes! moodstones not yet although Blue means your tranquil and calm

Blue, I was told, meant Happy, mine is nearly always blue.

thats the thing with moodstones they nearlly always stay on blue, I think they're heat sensitive!

wednesday can be midweek

its ok, I just remembered what the name for wednesday is!

wednesday is Woden's day (Woden otherwise known as Odin)

Got your 'M' upside down...

well! never mind we all make mistakes!

Not me.

Yeah, but I bow down before your mastery in them...

🤨

Just take my praise like a good girl, Lara...

are you praising me for my bad spelling? in a shorter phrase: are you mocking me?

First, no. Second, yes.
