WTF is The A?
By the time A arrived at the 5th dimension, not only had he conquered dimensions "much nicer" than it, but he had also become powerful enough to literally eat multiple 5-D imps like caviar:
He also tanked repeated assaults from Mxy himself, without so much as flinching-- in fact, it was stated that A was "immune" to Mxy's powers:
Mxy was able to exploit A's probability manipulation/absorption by using Bizarro(A could not foresee any distinct probabilities relating to Bizarro, which rendered his 'omniscience' moot.) This forced A to lose a few consecutive games, subsequently weakening him(ie. winning games empowers him, losing games depowers him.) Yet even in his drastically diminished state, A was still far more powerful than Mxy:
This is important because I believe Mxy could easily snap away the ALE at any given time.
ie. full-power A>>depowered A>>Mxy>>ALE.

Can i get the issue.
Originally posted by Endless MikeUltimator wasn't real-- she was just a figment of Mxy's imagination. However, even if she were real, I'd put A above her for the simple fact that he was completely immune to Mxy's powers, while Ultimator was not(she was owned by a 5-d comic that Mxy created, after all.)
Is this guy stronger than Ultimator

I think she was real. Just because it was revealed to be a story doesn't make it unreal. In fact, Mxy's bio (from superman: the ultimate guide to man of steel) puts the Ultimator affair as part of Mxy's life events:

Don't know and haven't read the A issue, though. Thanks for the issue # and scans.

Mxy: "I tell you my best idea for a super hero adventure, and you fall asleep on me!
Huh! Some folks just don't have any imagination!
I'm going back to the real fifth dimension! At least they appreciate me there!":
I suppose the bio may have retconned Ultimator into a canon character, though. /shrug
No problem.
