Honestly, my knowledge of Goblin might be outdated. He could be able to beat Manta, I don't know.

Manta does, in the DCNU, go toe to toe with Aquaman though, and that guy's push has been pretty solid since the reboot. He's physically tough and has a good ranged attack.

Now, if Goblin has more than that, then fine. No biggie. I'm just curious as to what he has, is all.

Pretty solid? I say his push is very solid. I'd put him in WW's league. BTW, he one-shotted Hawkman, IIRC.

Eh, i still give manta the edge. His fights with aquaman are impressuve.

New Manta has less than 10 appearances so far in the New DCU.

But as for him being more dangerous, I'd say he is more lethal.
He already killed two super heroes, and can take a punch from Aquaman.
His armory is also designed to hurt and kill Aquaman.
I doubt Goblin can tank everything Manta has.
