In a comic book and in character iron man would win. However realistically speaking if this was a well written Bobby there is not a damn thing Iron man could do without ridiculously extensive prep. Iceman could snowstorm the whole area and freeze iron man block solid, freeze tony's blood doesn't even have to be all of it, a sharp shard formed inside his brain would work fine.
