So round it up to an hour so you can compare the two speeds side by side.

If the lion does 5km in 5 minutes, in 60minutes, he would have done 60km.

If the elephant does 2/3 km in 6 minutes, in 60 minutes, he would have done 20/3km, or 6.66km.

So the lion is approx 10 times faster. To get the exact number, do 60/6.666.
