Not sure what happened, but I' still give it to Spock even if Bane does indeed have a super-punch, he has two glaring weaknesses in facing Spock:
-Nerve-pinch would drop Bane in a moment.
-Spock being a top science officer and analytical super-genius would nigh instantly deduce that the asthmatic with the breather needs said breather to function, logic.

I doubt that punch would really incapacitate Spock in any meaningful manner whatsoever. I mean sure, it may hurt like hell, but Spock's taken worse imo.
