Gorgon is probably more skilled, has a Wolverine level regeneration, is a telepath and also has the stone gaze

Gorgons grasscutter was also enough to hurt Mikoboshi.

But Zoro is massively stronger and faster, a multi 100 tonnor and in the multi mach range of speed, I think Zoro can take it as long as he can avoid the stone gaze

I wouldn't call Gorgon more skilled than the guy who can fight with a sword in his mouth and be more effective than sword masters with just that sword.
