Can the Uchiha take down the emperor of outworld?

Shao kahn would win at full power but im not sure what shao kahn at the end of mk9 could do.

Sasuke's both faster and has some crazy-powerful attacks.

Even though Mortal Kombat is fairly high power, it's still no match for the Uchiha.

At full power he is

Even at full power, he has some large scale magic, but he doesn't have the speed or offense.

Only way Emperor can win is via soul steal. I think Sasuke's way too fast for him though.

Though, even with soul-steal, we've seen chakra being used to resist such things, Sasuke may be able to use Susano'o to hold on to his.

Shao kahn is slow yes but dont dis his offense at his best he has a shot at winning but at the end of mk9 I dont know

Well, slow means how's he going to hit? And it also means he's going to be hit by Sasuke's big stuff.

Speed dosent count for everything you know take the flash, quicksilver, and superman they get hit by slowpokes all the time just because your fast dosent mean your not going to get hit hell when sasuke comes at him with his lightning ball jutsu and charges at him that's when shao kahn can hit him also any projectiles that would be launched at him are useless because of his emperors shield that can knock back any projectile.
