Amazo can only have the JLA powers, no power stealing. Superman, Martian Manhunter, Flash, Wonder Woman, and Batman.

Doom is amped with Thor hammer and Surfer power cosmic. He gets a yr to practice with these powers.

First impression: the year of practice is what gives Doom the win.

Agreed. A year for Doom with Surfers powers alone would be unreal, adding in him handling Mjolnir with all of its powers (which isnt just as a blunt weapon), and Id say Doom wins more than loses here.

Amazo copies Doom powers, then Doom steals Amazo's powers and crushes him.
