Superheroes vs. Supervillians War

Avengers, Justice League, X-Men, Fantastic Four, Guardians of the galaxy, Defenders, Lantern Corps, Thor Corps, Council of Godheads, The Authority, The in-Humans etc.....

Versus

Thanos, krona, Molecule Man, Galactus, Nemesis, Phoenix Force, Hyperstorm, Kronos, Sentry, Apocalypse, Captain Universe, Legion of Supervillains, the Secret Six, The Injustice League, Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, Sinister Six, masters of Evil etc...

I'm sort of curious to know which side people think would win in an all-out war, the superheroes or super villains

Location: An abandoned planet much bigger than earth

Take out Mxy and this becomes a much better matchup. Spectre's not a villain though

All out war goes to villains. All that firepower and no morality (or plot) to check it in a forum battle.
