I don't know much about Talon. How would he do against Batman?

I'd say this, tho: if Punisher engage h2h, he'll get his ass beaten by most members of the other team. But if he sticks at what he does the best (killing mother****er with guns), he might be the dude who'll give his team the victory

Current Talon would probably win in a close quarters fight. He isn't as good a fighter, but his regeneration ability would keep him in the fight longer than Batman, IMO.

Azrael and Terry are the strongest on the field, IMO.

The suit gives the user all the skills of the ones who put the suit on in the past, which includes Batman. The durability are high as well. Tanking a rocket point blank and the attacks of Fireball. Also, the swords are formidable as hell.

That doesn't answer my question, now does it. Panther may have something to take apart the armor, but seeing as how it has held up to a rocket point blank with NO scratch and Fireball's crazy attacks, I don't think he could.
