There's nothing to disagree with here on principle. But it's ignoring the context. He's decrying the evils of Halloween and I'm throwing my hands up in confusion and pointing to good-natured parties, costumes, and candy. And it's been quite clear that he's not making a distinction, but painting the holiday with as broad a stroke as possible, and labeling it all evil. In the context of our discussion, your point makes little sense, because there isn't a great, systemic evil to combat. That's what I was asking him to show. At that point - if he were able to show such evidence - your point would become relevant.

Add in any belief you want, and if you don't believe it, you are an unbeliever of that belief. It's not a label, it's a fact.

They are exactly the same as the word "cook" or the word "murderer", they describe what something is.
One who commits sodomy (definition given previously) is a sodomite. Whether it's with the same gender, opposite gender, or a different being (human and animal).
One who does not believe in something is an unbeliever. Whatever the belief may be. I'm an unbeliever in Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam, Catholicism, Judaism, etc. A Hindu is an unbeliever in Buddhism, Islam, Judaism, etc. It's not a "bigoted" term. It's simply the truth.

To Islam, I am an infidel. So what? Let them call me it. I'm not after accolades or respect of persons. If they killed me, it'd be an honor to die for the gospel of Christ. I'd be in good company: Peter, Paul, Stephen, countless born again believers from the 1st century until now (including those killed in the Inquisitions), and of course the Lord Jesus Christ. He died for us all that we might live.
Two things about the underlined sections in this last part:
1) They aren't "extremist" Muslims. They are fundamental Muslims, meaning they hold to the fundamentals of Islam. The Muslims that go around bombing buildings and such are actually being faithful Muslims.
2) Christians, and I mean TRUE (saved) Christians never went around murdering people like that. You're thinking of the Roman Catholic church, which is not Christian. I'm not going to go into that topic right now, but needless to say, there are SO many reasons why the Catholic church is nowhere close to being Christian. Just because you say you believe in God and believe in Jesus doesn't make you Christian. I'll leave it at this. Jesus said:
"If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."
If you don't follow His Word, you are not His disciple, meaning you are not Christian.
