Also, enough lightning can fill an area and be not-so-easy to dodge.

I don't know much about One Piece, admittedly, but can any character from it really claim to be able to take a hammer toss to the noggin? Thor does not **** around with hammertosses. He hammer tossed the Demogorge in it's face.

The guy who he's fighting is impressive, but the actual damage to the planet isn't anything OP high tiers can't do. Don Chinjao unintentionally split a continent with a headbutt. And he was nothing compared to Garp.

Chinjao is only double digit gigaton. 616 Thor is easily in the tenagigaton range (and triple digit foe level, ftr)

Not to mention Thor is far faster

Law's Operating Room is indeed omnidirectional insomuch as it extends in a sphere several meters around him. He still needs to actually cut things in order to affect them inside the room, however.

As for Crocodile, his Logia has the disadvantage of being a physical substance that can be affected. Apply enough heat (lightning would do) and sand turns to glass. I doubt he could even take a normal attack from Thor, honestly.

theyre all no match to luffy.

Gekko could potentially beat Thor, maybe Flamingo too, characters like Crocodile and Mihawk would get stomped in physical fights.
