The Shield (DCU) & Captain Steel Vs Winter Soldier & Black Panther

Battle of the super soldiers. Who wins?

vs

&

Team 1

This is a mismatch. As far as I can tell, Bucky's left arm is the only thing that can help him hurt either of those characters. Panther need's a better partner.

Is Capt Steel at the same level as before?

sorely outclassed
