Fight takes place on one of those negative zone planets (purely for dramatic effect)

Round 1) Annihilus with cosmic control rod

Round 2) Annihilus with cosmic control rod and Quantum Bands

He is fighting current superman, how does the negative zone king do against the last son of krypton?

Annihilus should be able to devour all of the solar energy that resides within Superman. He should easily be able to win this.
