Captain America vs Civil War and AvsX with a twist!

Ok, so here's the deal:
The same events begin in the same way.
The only difference is that Steve Rogers (616) isn't there. It's not him that hold the shield. It's Steve Rogers (Ultimate).

How would those events plays out:
1- Civil War?
2- Avengers vs X-Men?

Tony beats him.

Scott kills him on the island.

1. He kicks Tony in the balls so hard that he explodes and then he demands that all the others surrender immediatly
