Deathstroke often classifies himself as a 'mercenary' rather than an assassin. Which is largely a semantic thing, but that's why they're both called "world's deadliest X", X being assassin for Shiva and mercenary for Slade.

Shiva's generally considered the most deadly assassin. And, even if Deathstroke is a bit more powerful, I think this is probably true. Shiva does more assassination jobs, and in-comics I think she has a higher success rate.

Deathstroke nearly assassinated like six or more JL members, some of them being powerhouses like Flash, Zatanna, and Green Lantern.

He is obviously the best assassin.

So what superhuman showings does Shiva have?

Note, largely by preventing them from using their powers (and reliant on GL acting really stupid... and the ring spontaneously developing a new weakness to the target's will, which isn't how it works).

And... he didn't nearly assassinate them, he kept them off-balance for a time. Most of 'em were inconvenienced, not wounded (oh no... Hawkman had his harness cut. What will the heavily muscled warrior who's still armed do?). That's still impressive, but let's not oversell.

So what superhuman showings does Shiva have?

Well, she beat Shadowdragon, a power armor ninja so fast Superman had trouble hitting him.

She 'killed' Katana, a swordswoman who can casually deflect machinegun fire (and did so right before Shiva killed her. I use ' ' marks because Katana, of course, was revived).

Can punch through a human skull or stone bare handed, moves so fast most foes tend to be standing still.... on, and she's a very, very close match for Cassandra Cain, who's stalemated Slade on three separate occasions.

Giving this to the guy who bench pressed a Metal Gear.
