Who will win between lobo and a vampire?

What powers/abilities does this vamp have? and which Lobo?

Any version of Lobo beats most vampires I've seen easily

And even if the vamp bites LOBO He will then turn into a werewolf soo....Unless its NuLobo who would probably just sparkle......more then he does now...
