Nope.
And by Flash. I mean on multiple occasions. The Zoom incident was written by Geoff Johns, a Flash writer and Zolomon's creator. She also caught Jesse Quick on the edge of the speed force on another occasion. Batman says she's faster in HtH than Superman. Her villain Cheetah has superspeed powers (especially after being trained by Zoom) and is faster than just about any non-speed force user.
It's a standard thing for her to react to fast characters. Anti-speedster is something she's good at.

Yet and still, she is not a full time speedster, she is a character with super speed. Even if she fought Nova Prime and won, it would not be accomplished simply by being faster than him IMO. Anyway, the statement was made that she can move faster than the others can THINK and I disagree.

He's really fast. Also, the World Mind does all the grunt work for him in terms of calculations and reflexes.
HOWEVER, I have seen him in battle with a delay in tactics which WW could exploit...
I mean, it even became a catchphrase.
'It is critical that you pay attention at this time, Richard Rider'.

NOT saying that WW is = SS travelling speed, but more proof that during battle, WM doesn't always (if ever) take control. WM DOES take control during travelling, though.
Well, if we are getting into the superspeed super reflexes things, there is ample material showing all characters with superspeed not using it or not using it effectively across the board.
But it was a whole shtick with Nova Prime.
Worldmind was continually trying to protect itself, and Rider continually overrode its decisions and went off and did his own thing, forcing Worldmind to help out.
IOW, Nova Prime doesn't generally allow Worldmind to take over during battle. When travelling, then yes, he sits back and allows WM to do all the number crunching and reflex adjustments (avoiding asteroids etc etc). In battle, Rider takes over, and WM advises him on what to do. But I don't think we should view Nova Prime as at his full capacity - because Rider is trusting his own instincts/reflexes in battle.

I understand that, but if Rider is going against someone who is using complete full out combat speed, it makes sense that it would compensate. Like you said, it's protecting it's self as well, which means it doesn't want Rider to die. Or how about he put up a gravemetric shield? Diana is not breaking it. Rider also easily lomotomized Ego with a blast and it was said that Ego would be able to heal himself in a few thousand years. Dude's powerful.

I honestly don't know how fast Nova is. I was just speaking more to Diana's speed than anything.

Just like all characters with super speed, he can't go around blitzing everybody to death. That would make for a boring comic.
When speed is called for, a Richie or any Nova can step up to the plate.
Too fast even for opponents who have really advanced tech. This Space Knight along with Phalanx goons don't even know what hit them.
What many forget is that Novas can increase the speed in which they process information much like a true speedster.
Rookie Nova Prime pretty much can utilize Worldmind or his suit's user support system to make calculations like a super computer then apply them in combat. Even when there are a "billion" things to consider at once.
Here's a bit more insight into what happens to a Nova's brain when he speeds up his senses when going faster than light.
This guy's only a rookie.
