DC comics WW vs anime/manga Sailor Moon.

Fight takes place in Times Square at night, both start 100 yards apart with full knowledge of each other.

1) Hand to hand, KO or submission.

2) Diana has her bracelets, lasso, and an Amazonian sword. Moon has her Moon Rod, hair pins, ribbons, etc. (Is the Silver Crystal too much power?) Winner by KO or submission.
