Get over it. Superman is vulnerable against someone who could suck the solar energy right out of his cells - which Thor could do with mjolnir, under certain circumstances - and Surfer could do it. Never mind that he also matches him in strength and durability, and likely exceeds him in speed.

Speaking of Thor - a fight against Captain Marvel (Billy Batson) would have been great, but if the events of DC vs. Marvel in the 90's are something to go by, Thor could change him back to Billy Batson with his own lightning, negating a good matchup in many ways (Especially since Billy is worthy enough to take mjolnir from Thor's hand!)
