1. Hulk, due to being able to amp himself
2. Thor, due to hammer strikes
3. Hyperion due to having fewer feats than Hulk or Thor
4. Surfer due to being too reliant on energy attacks and lack of pure melee feats

Hulk could win.

In this scenario, his lack of versatility and mobility actually makes him the smallest threat. The other three will focus more on each other, giving the Hulk time to get angry while they beat the shit out of each other.

Yea, it can happen. Probably one of other three will punch him away, and he will return later after they are wounded....

Or Surfer can just drain him after the battle starts.

When the last time Hulk been drained? Lol at Hulk not being in the fight...the guy can speed jump and redirect himself in mid air.

Surfer can drain him but in an all out battle like this it'd be hard for him to do that. If they're the last two standing then maybe but not sure they would be.
