It's blatantly obvious that Quan doesn't actually believe his own bullshit and just trolls to get attention. The ONLY way that Quan's posts would have any genuine merit behind them is if he were actually mentally retarded. There simply is no sane person who would believe the stuff Quan says.

The Immortal gods showed true super speed though, whereas Superman and the kryptonians displayed mostly mobile speed.

IMO, immortal gods had better speed feats whereas Superman had better strength feats.

Guess it would depend on whether they can hurt Superman. Though so far, nothing they did showed me they can really hurt Superman with their fists. With their weapons however, who knows.

Can they survive a punch from Superman? Or his heat vision? Or him bullrushing them?

I only saw the movie once, but I don't really remember anything suggesting they can take his offense, or harm him for that matter.

The movie was really vague on what could kill them and what couldn't. Even though the prologue sequence indicates only certain methods or items could kill gods (such as the bow), throughout the entire movie gods are every bit as squishy as mortals, to each other. Unknown if only gods/titans can kill gods/titans, but Supes' high end abilities would probably qualify.

Eh? The mountain was hollow and he tugged on the chains with some effort, eventually causing a cave-in, but I don't recall anything actually bringing down the entire mountain.

Not in the Immortals he didn't, in the Immortals all he did was break the support columns by pulling on the chains attached to them.

From what it looks like, the Gods fight far faster (their Titan fight shows that they are moving stupid fast...or is that just an effect of the Titans being killed?) than Zod and Superman fight. But the strength and durability difference between the 2 is a magnitude or 5.
