The rest was collaterial damage, Which Thor in the first movie did a heavy amount with one hammer shot when he was fighting the forst giants
Leavviation is just as good if not better then the oil rig in MOS b/c it had is own weight plus all the momentum behind it that hulk stop with 1 hand
I think the whole story of MOS is Superman discovering his powers, First He could not Fly then he is flying, and the strength level also goes up as shown when they are tearing buildings apart like paper.
It is even mentioned that he will discover his limits just by testing them.
And the engine feat, or the black hole feat I believe are better than the Leviatan one, specially the engine feat which is shown while in a vulnerable state.
The fight with Zod created sonic booms that were damaging the buildings.
Honestly IMO for what I see MOS can take on the whole Avengers team.
Leviatan was a nice feat for the Hulk BTW and He is the strongest Avenger IMO.
