The concept of God, as it exists in most religions, is currently unfalsifiable. The OP, therefore, is operating under a faulty premise.
However, there are many claims of religions that CAN be falsified, that should be subject to such scrutiny. I fear, however, that the narrow scope of the OP will limit discussion of this kind.

i'm not trying to limit it at all. how can a mod change the OP to welcome more ideas? i'm really just trying to see if things like Noah's ark etc can actually be proven or disproven.

Well, Noah's Ark is not the same as "God" so yeah, your OP was a bit narrow in its focus. But I see what you're saying. Saying that we should have proof or strong evidence for the earthly manifestations of various deities is a valid request.
Please note, with nearly all of these, the burden of proof is on the claim. There is no logical need to disprove something without sufficient evidence in the first place. Else we might as well be demanding proof that unicorns don't exist.
Only a global can change the OP at this point. Few are around. Best of luck though.
A mountain floating in midair would be incredibly impressive, and accompanied by a church group could be powerful evidence of God's power. But ultimately, this is empirical evidence solely for a floating mountain and a church group making claims. The connection to the Divine is inferential; it is not a direct/immediate experience of "God", per se.
It could ET funking with us.

This is true of many things. Most (hypothetical) evidence that would be cited by adherents of various religions only points to "something" beyond our understand, not necessarily a god, or God, or their particular God. Each of those increasingly specific levels require their own justification.
Which is why religious rational arguments always operate from a confirmation bias standpoint of evidence is evidence if and only if it justifies the idea of "their god". I mean, the jotuns were supposed to be wiped out in the Ragnarok; no jotuns exist anymore; therefore, the Aesir exist since they were the agents of jotun destruction.

That sounds just like dark matter and dark energy.
I made a thread like this once, that ignored the unanswerable God question and focused on the stuff that SHOULD have evidence for it (but doesn't, as yet):
