I think I’d take the Xmen here but it could be as simple as a quickdraw between sue and Emma. Torch could take them out but I think scott would take him out first. Sue and Emma are by far the biggest threats. Whoever survives their meeting would be the deciding factor in winning for their group. And no the ff do not have tp blockers built into their standard costumes.....on multiple occasions they have prepped and worn tp resistant gear but even that has been defeated in the past.

I'm no FF expert, but I imagine it's a case of how much Bobby is willing to output without risk to civilians, whereas someone like Cyclops has much less chance of killing people around him with collateral damage.
